Virtual Seminar Setup : For online or hybrid seminars, providing the technical setup, including selecting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a custom platform), managing attendee access, and ensuring smooth operation.
On-site Event Management : Coordinating all in-person activities, including speaker coordination, attendee registration, catering, audiovisual setup, signage, and attendee engagement.
Transportation & Accommodation Arrangements : Organizing travel logistics and accommodations for speakers, VIPs, or attendees, as needed.
